We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We are thankful that God has continued to provide as we search for our place in ministry. Our new joy, Alaina, has been keeping us busy the past month as we get adjusted to her routines and face the challenges of small quarters. We look forward to a change, but we recognize how fortunate we are. I had the opportunity to preach a few weeks ago for a pulpit committee. We are very hopeful as we continue to see indications of God's hand in this. I have an interview coming up on the 29th. As excited as we are at the possibility of being called to this church, it is very scary as well. There is so much that will be new to us that it is hard to imagine how we will ever meet the expectations of the church and responsibilities we face. We are trusting that God will see us through and give us the strength to accomplish His will. |
