Well, we are now waiting on the Lord. Sending out resumes to various churches, we are trying to be patient while we wait until the baby comes. I am also searching for a job in the meantime. A couple of weeks ago we received a generous gift that allowed us to pay our bills for the month of October and put some gas in the tank. We are still amazed at how God is continuing to provide. At times, it can be a little discouraging. We are very eager to serve; however, being out of touch at our home church for so long while at Fruitland makes it difficult to find a place of service right away. We are especially aware of the fact that anywhere we help cannot be a long-term commitment since we may not be there very long. We are praying that God will show us the church that He has prepared for us, and us for them. On another note, we are one week and a few days away from Crystal's due date. Alaina is doing well. She stretches more than she kicks, but her heartbeat is quite strong. We are eager to see her. We are also looking forward to my parents driving down to see all the girls. It has been over a year since the girls last saw them, so they are all very excited. |
